Here is a little story for you. Recently one of our Sellers relocated to the west coast. She decided to rent a home there to try this new Western city “on for size”. We rented her North York executive condo Townhouse for a year while she was renting out west. Needless to say, she absolutely loved her new location, found a great home to buy out there and decided to sell her Townhouse here in North York. After renting the home to a family for the year it required some love before it was marketed for sale.
It needed cleaning, painting, new door hardware and new light fixtures. After coordinating all the work and the staging, the home sold in days for one of the highest prices in the complex.
