Here is a little story for you. Recently one of our Sellers relocated to the west coast. She decided to rent a home there to try this new Western city “on for size”. We rented her North York executive condo Townhouse for a year while she was renting out west. Needless to say, she absolutely loved her new location, found a great home to buy out there and decided to sell her Townhouse here in North York. After renting the home to a family for the year it required some love before it was marketed for sale.
